Cancellation Policy

You can reschedule or cancel a booked meeting at no cost until 24 hours before the meeting. In case of cancellation or rescheduling the meeting less than 24 hours before it starts, or a no-show, the booked time will be deducted from your prepaid balance in full. Tomas can cancel the meeting at any time, in which case you can either reschedule it or get a 100% refund for the call duration cancelled by Tomas.
